Appointment Rules

• For facials, please come to your appointment with NO MAKE UP on. 
  
• When booking in, you are required to pay a deposit to secure your appointment. 
• Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late then I will have to just do what I can in the time left. Anything over 15 minutes I will have to cancel and you will loose your deposit. 
• When you arrive, please wait outside as I do not have the facilities for you to wait in. Once I have finished with my previous client I will come to the door to let you in. 
• If you need to cancel your appointment please give minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment date, failure to do so you will loose your deposit and will be required to book a new appointment and pay a new deposit. 
• Please attend your appointment alone, due to insurance reasons children are not allowed to attend the appointment with you.
• If you would like to add onto your treatment after you have booked online then please send me a direct message on instagram @aigeclinic to ensure I add on the time needed for this extra treatment. 
• No shows - if you wish to book again in the future, a full upfront payment will need to be made.

These policies have to be put into place due to no shows in the past, please bear in mind that this is my full time job and if you do not arrive then I will not get paid.
